As a community of believers, our home is your home. If you’re looking for a church home, Come home, sinner, and be blessed. You are welcome here!

About Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church
Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church traces its roots back almost 150 years and has served generations of families – and our community – with compassionate caring in a welcoming spirit-filled place of worship. We are a member of the North American Lutheran Church (NALC), which stands between the more liberal Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the more conservative Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod (LCMS). We support a liturgical format, with both contemporary and traditional services. Our belief is that we are all sinners, that God loves us despite our sins, and all are welcome here.
Our church supports many activities – both religious and social. We typically have a supper/potluck every Saturday night after service and coffee and dessert after service on Sunday. We are friendly Christians, willing to support new ministries to further the word of God and his Son, Jesus Christ.
As part of our outreach and benevolences, Good Shepherd supports many local projects, including the Armory Youth Project, Lighthouse Pregnancy Care Center, ECHO His Love, Safe Harbor, and Community Table
